Al: Well, I think any parent would like their kids to come into business with them.

Erin: You know, it’s fun. People usually ask about my dad because we have been working together for 12 years now and they're like, "How do you work with your family?" It's really a great blessing to be able to work with my dad and brother.

Blake: Her drive and her mind for this business and just wanting to take care of everybody, employees, customers. She's amazing at what she does.

Al: Erin loves business. She loves the pest control industry.

Erin: What's most important to me is to continue to build our team and make sure we have smart, forward thinking, engaged people on our team. I know that whatever comes up in the future, we'll be able to make wise decisions and be ahead of the game for the pest control industry as a whole and I believe the service industry as a whole.
