We Love To Come To Work

Aaron: In other jobs I've had it's just like, man, I got to get out of bed and do this thing that I really don't enjoy doing, but I've got to pay the bills. For me that's a job. This is a career and I feel like I've got a good future here and that I can keep doing this for many, many years to come and enjoy myself doing it.

Blake: It's crazy how much people are excited about coming to work every day and just the mood in the morning. They're just so excited about just getting here. They're in a happy mood.

Carolyn: We have people who love to come to work every day. If you're looking for a place where you can be a part of something that's growing, you're going to continue to learn, you're going to help customers, then you want to come to work here.

Erin: We would not have the success that we have here at All-American without the people that we have here working. It's too much for any one person to do. It takes a team and it takes a team of committed individuals every single day to deliver the level of service that we promise our customers. Without that team of thinkers, problem solvers, rely on each other-ers, go out of your way for your customer-type people, we wouldn't be able to do what we have accomplished here
