Erin: Most important for us is to find a really good fit. Sometimes that's skillsets, but more than that it's personality and gifts and talents, and if what that person has to offer is what's aligned with who we are. We're not trying to be all things to all people necessarily. Our first step is we accept resumes, and we invite people in for short interview and sometimes those short interviews become long interviews. They come in and fill out an application here in our office and then either myself or one of our other team leaders meets with every single candidate for at least ten minutes. We go over the good, the bad, and the ugly of the position. We believe that to find that good fit, we have to be completely open and honest from the very get-go After the short interviews, we invite people back in for a full interview. We ask you to set aside about two hours. It generally takes about that long. We're looking for a passion. Normally people that fit in really well here, they're passionate about something and contributing. We're looking for workers. Again, we're looking for people that want to come to work and really contribute and at the end of the day, even if it was a really tough day, they're like, "Wow, we got a lot done today." We don't want warm bodies that just want to trade time for money. We have people that show up for work every day ready to work and enhance the lives of each other and then also our customers.
