Bert: Thoughtful innovation is thinking outside the box. Knowing how to move ahead in the future, technology is going crazy. We use technology day in and day out on taking care of our business. The technology is shown that there are more opportunities than just being a technician here at All-American.
Kyle: You can't keep everything the way it was 20 years ago. Customers are changing, the whole market itself changes, so we got to change too essentially. Putting everything online, making things more accessible and easier and making it easier for our customers to reach us.
Lexus: Although we did start 55 years ago, All-American is constantly striving to keep up with today's times, so we have implemented tablets and up-to-date paperwork and really just learning and keeping up with the pest tests. They change also as well as the culture of people as they change. We can pick really good people that can get it all done.
David: There are three things I guess you would say would make a decision. Is it good for the company? Is it good for the customer? Is it good for employees? That's what you might say that the thoughtful innovation goes into. Each one of those, any decisions that's made here has those three peers involved.
Bert: This company's always open to hearing, "Hey, what are your ideas?" We're the ones out in the field, they ask us what do we think, and that's important.
John: Your input is just as valuable as the senior leadership in the company.
