Kevin: My relationship with All-American has been a good one. I own quite a few rental properties. They service all of those rental properties on an as needed basis with pest control. Then I have them service them all with Sentricon on an ongoing basis. Sentricon is important to someone like me as a property manager and an owner, because it protects my investment. That rental property is my greatest asset and a termite can do a substantial amount of damage in a short amount of time. I'll have a tenant call, "Hey man, I'm seeing spiders," or "Hey I'm seeing bugs," or whatever, and I'll just pick up the phone and call Jim and say, "Hey I need you to go over there and take care of this, at this address." Anytime we acquire new property, always call Jim and say, "Hey, I've picked up another rental. I need you to go put Sentricon on it." Then he gets out there and does it. I'd say the reason I stay with All-American is their customer service. They're always available, they're always helpful, and they just do a great job. All-American is just a great company. They're reliable, they're trustworthy, they're affordable, reasonably priced, and they'll just do you a great job. Just plain and simple, they'll be there for you.
