How Do We Get Such Great People?

My first impression of the place was, wow this is really nice for a pest control company. The interview process, I was like wow, why so extensive for pest control? Now I completely understand the interview process really helps pick really great people. I feel like I get along great with everyone here in the office. Everyone just meshes into one team.

Team is so important, because one person can not do it all by themselves. What the customer care team does. What the sales team does. What the service team do. It all has to come together and mesh or we can not meet our objective. Which is taking care of our customer. In a family business you get to do it all. You get to learn everything. You are not totally just stuck over here adding checks up. You get to see the whole picture. To me that's way more than working in a corporate world and you are not a number.

It's a family environment. It is a constant on the go environment. Especially, in the Spring and the Summer, you have to be on your toes. Make sure everything is going well. You have to flexible, because anything can pop up at any minute, because make sure that you are willing to drop what you are doing. Pick up what needs to be done.

All-American definitely has a high paced environment from the time we come in to the time we are headed out for the day. There is always something to do. There's always plenty of people to help. It's very casual. There's very positive people, so it helps the fast paced environment be less stressful, less tense. Why I say you should join the All-American is because we're fun, we're positive, we're hard working and we love team.
