Marshal: Whenever it's in the hiring process, they talk a lot about your values and what you believe in, and I told them my frustrations with the other companies. I think they understood that, that's why I was becoming frustrated. It was because the other companies didn't have the same values as I did, and this company does.

Erin: It starts with servant leadership, treating people better than they might even treat themselves. It's also making sure that everyone here has all the equipment and supplies and training and support that they need on a daily basis. Then, that all funnels down into the customer experience so that our customers are seeing true value, and even if they can't quite put a finger on why we're different, they just know that we're different.

Aaron: It's more just relations with people than pest control, so that's probably something that sets us apart from the competition.

Erin: Servant leadership is at the core of what we do here at All-American, and we believe that no matter what position you're in currently here at All-American, that developing as a servant leader is probably one of the most important things that we do. Growing gracefully is very important to me as a mom because we all know that there's only a certain amount of minutes in a day, and each minute is important, so that I can continue to have the work-life balance I need to be there for my family, and also, our team members can have the work and life balance that they need to be there for their family, and really enjoy life, and not get so sucked up in work.
