If you are an All-American customer, you already know we love doing a good job for you. You also know that we hire good people who love helping people. But do you know that we love helping our community too? We call it our Give and Give Back Referral Program.

When we looked at how to make a positive impact on our community, we asked ourselves, "What do people need most?" At the core, all people need food and shelter. So, it made sense to partner with organizations who provide these things, not as a handout, but as a hand up. We believe in hard work, but we also know sometimes unexpected things can happen in life. We want to help people get back on their feet so they can help themselves and eventually help others. We believe that Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County, The Tennessee Fisher House Foundation and The Open Table of Nashville do this.

How does the Give and Give Back Referral Program work?

When you tell your friends and family about the great services you receive from All-American, and they call to set up service for their home, we give you a $20 gift card as a way of saying, "Thanks for sending them our way." We also give your friend or family member $20 off their new service! That's pretty sweet! But it doesn't end there. We also give $10 to one of the three non-profits listed above for each successful referral we get. When you help a friend or family member improve their quality of living and protect their home from damaging pests, you also help us strengthen our community. Here is a little bit about these great programs.

The Open Table of Nashville is a non-profit organization that works to stop the cycle of poverty in the Nashville area. They offer transitional housing for individuals and families in need and give support services and mentoring to get them back on their feet.

Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County helps pre-qualified and pre-screened, low-income families attain the dream of home ownership. 70% of the work is done through volunteer labor and a partnership with the family in need.

The Tennessee Fisher House Foundation is a non-profit organization that is looking to provide a Fisher House on the campus of the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center campus in Murfreesboro. This house will provide shelter and support for members of our Armed Forces and their families.

We at All-American believe that together we make a strong community. That's why we hire the best people and take care of them. We treat our customers like family and protect them. And, we give back to the people in our community and serve them. If we all work together, everyone wins.
