John: When I thought of pest control, having no experience, I thought of spending my entire day drilling holes in houses, pumping chemicals into the ground, and that wasn't what I wanted to do. But the more I thought about it, the more I talked with Al and Erin, the more I realized that wasn't what I would be doing. It's more than just bugs. Working in pest control, I get to help people. It felt good to help people.
Steve: It's hard to find a company that you don't mind when the alarm goes off in the morning. Bam. It's time to go do work. I don't mind that. I still feel that way every day. But they're good people. They listen to you. They have an open-door policy, and I enjoy working for them.
John: I like the people I work with. We hire great people. I think that's bigger than anything else, is that it was people that wanted to be a part of something that was bigger than themselves.
Steve: It's a good company where you can grow. You've got to be detail oriented. You have got to be truthful. If you like people, if you like meeting people, talking to people, and helping people, it's a good job and a good company. It's run by good folks.
John: You've got to like people. You've got to want to be a part of a team, and you've got to want to help people. Come by and see us. We would like to meet you.
Erin: It's a great time at All- American Pest Control. We're growing, and we're growing gracefully. We're looking for good people who love serving people to join our team.
