John Oakley is the Director of Service and Training at All-American Pest Control. 

John started his career at All-American in 2007 as a termite technician. John is our yes-man. There is not a job in our business that John hasn’t done and done well. He’s worked as a termite technician, pest control technician, universal technician, customer care team member, routing and scheduling specialist, trainer and the list goes on and on. 

He loves people and with his breadth of knowledge experience and kindness, he's an exceptional role model, team member, and leader. Today, he serves on our Operations Leadership team as Director of Service and is responsible for ensuring that all team members receive the most current and advanced training necessary to service clients effectively. John's commitment to our customer experience, education, and innovation is a crucial part of the company's success. 

"I never thought about pest control ever, and I definitely didn’t consider it a career. However, I love people and the level of customer service we are empowered to provide, combined with our commitment to using the latest technology, keeps me motivated and having fun," says John.
