About Jen Sweeney-Ingram

As the Technical Director, she provides technical training and assistance to the team, ensuring the highest standards of pest control are met. Jen's passion for entomology and dedication to her team shine through in her work. Outside of pest control, she loves to celebrate her team’s successes and foster a supportive environment. 

“I truly believe we have the best customers because we have the best team. Our techs and Customer Care members are servant leaders who like to share in each other’s successes. This is intentional because our customers trust us on their private property and work environments. We care about keeping these places pest-free!” says Jen about her experience at All-American Pest Control. 

Jen’s Pest Control Specialties 

Jen specializes in bug identification, insect biology, and leveraging her extensive entomology background to develop services, and train and empower team members. She is great at tricky, persistent pest issues and is open with her knowledge and experience to help others succeed. 

Jen’s Favorite Part of Her Job 

Jen’s favorite part of working at All-American Pest Control is celebrating the successes of her team. She leads our initial classroom onboarding training so Jen intimating gets to know and builds trust with each and every team member. This trusting relationship creates a solid foundation for delivering exceptional service in the field at customer homes and businesses.
