Caitlin started at All-American in 2016 as a customer care team member and was promoted to Director of Customer Care in 2022. With no prior experience in pest control, she initially thought the industry was solely about bugs, but soon discovered it encompassed much more.
Caitlin specializes in researching solutions to assist both team members and customers, making her an invaluable asset to the company.
