Blake Foster is the Director of Quality and Safety at All-American Pest Control.
Blake is responsible for ensuring driver safety, proper material handling, the use of personal protective gear, and strict adherence to All-American's protocols. Outside of work, Blake enjoys celebrating team successes and milestones and visiting with customers to foster a strong community bond.
With a deep-rooted connection to the family business that started when he was "knee high to a grasshopper," Blake officially joined the team in 2008. As a vital member of the leadership team, he collaborates closely with his sisters, Erin Richardson, the owner, and Amanda, a customer care team member.
