Termites to Look for: How To

by All American Pest Control on September 10, 2010

Ever wonder what termites look like? Here's a bit of a glimpse of some old termite damage on a wood post. You can see an open tunnel on the left and part of an intact tunnel at top of picture. If this tunnel were active you would see the little critters crawling around. What you don't see is some hundred thousand more that are part of the whole colony. Even smaller colonies make up a few tens of thousand termites. That's why we do what we do.

Your guy inspected my client’s new home at 1406 Hawkins Street yesterday for termites and recommended treatment. My client is leaning in favor of authorizing you to do the work, but has a few questions: What is the ongoing yearly maintenance cost? When do the annual charges begin? Does the $699 initial charge include the cost of the termite letter the client will need for closing?

I need this information today. Please reply by email or call me at 319-3019.

Thanks,
