Voles

Voles, also known as field mice, are small rodents approximately 5 to 7 inches long. They have short tails, short legs, and a thick furry coat, which can vary in color from brown to gray. Unlike moles, voles create both above-ground and underground passageways in the soil and they reproduce in large numbers. Voles can harm your landscape by feeding on vegetation, gnawing at your shrubbery, and disrupting the root system of your grass and gardens.

Your solution to vole damage is quite simple. We will first come out for a no-obligation, free home evaluation. A trained professional will take a look at your yard to confirm whether you’re dealing with vole or mole damage (sometimes it’s both). With voles confirmed, the treatment process includes two trips by a technician to your home to bait the voles.  Since voles can return, our recommendation is to bundle vole control treatments with either an ongoing Mole Control Program and/or Perimeter Pest Control for general household pests.
