If a pest problem happens to arise inside, all you have to do is call! We’ll come back in between trips to provide an additional service to take care of the problem for no additional charge!

Plant Oils for Pest Control

Most of the materials we incorporate into our service utilize plant oils, which have a natural pest control property that helps plants and trees survive in the wild. Luckily, EcoSMART has discovered how those plant oils disrupt the normal flow of octopamine, a neurotransmitter that is essential for insect survival. When octopamine is blocked, insects die. These plant oil based products are:

  • Amazingly Effective ~ The company’s products kill a broad spectrum of insects, providing quick knock-down and control of a wide variety of pests with extended residual protection. There is no known pest resistance to EcoSMART’s botanical products.

We also incorporate borate-based green pest control solutions. Borates are nature’s pest control. The active ingredient in borates is Boron, an element that is found throughout nature. Borates work differently than traditional chemicals because they block a pest’s ability to derive nourishment from the food it eats. Humans and pets aren’t susceptible to the effect of borates because mammals naturally eliminate excess boron.
