Al Foster, Jr. is the owner and manager of All-American Pest Control. After graduating with a business management degree in 1975, Al came to work with his father, Al Sr., at All-American. “I’ve never looked back,” says Al, “I am grateful to my father for starting a great business in a great industry and I’m proud that my daughter has joined me.”
Al is no stranger to the area or the industry. He is a Nashville native who has served as President of the Tennessee Pest Control Association and as President of the Middle Tennessee Pest Control Association. Al currently serves on the board as Lifetime Achievement Award Chairman and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Pest Management Association.

Erin Richardson with All-American Pest Control never thought she would work with her father… but she loves it. Since 2003, her role has expanded to include strategic planning, marketing, new program development, HR, and new construction sales.
Erin brings excitement and a fresh perspective to the pest control industry. She is committed to encouraging a green, sensible approach and finding new ways to continue to build a strong business that serves the Nashville Community. Locally, Erin serves as the President of the HBA Green Building Council. Nationally, Erin serves on the Professional Women in Pest Management for the National Pest Management Association. Erin says, “I got the pest control ‘bug’! What an amazing industry, amazing peers, amazing opportunities!”
Jim Bilbrey, Jr.

Jim Bilbrey serves as the Entomologist and Lead Residential Sales person on staff at All-American Pest Control. Jim drew his first paycheck from All-American at the age of 14. After completing his Masters of Science in Entomology and Plant Pathology from The University of Tennessee in December 1996, Jim came on board full time.
Jim brings a level of common sense, real world experience and book knowledge to the industry that is rare and insightful. Jim says, “I love the pest control industry because it’s constantly changing and improving. I love All-American because of the way we treat our customers and our employees.”
